Donna at Sherman Vincent’s State Farm Insurance is always professional, efficient and a wealth of knowledge. She has been in the industry for many many years and is an absolute go to for any and all insurance needs. I would advise all insurance customers to look for another agent. I had nothing but problems with this office through my tenure (too long) as a State Farm customer. I had countless billing issues and encountered constant incompetence anytime changes were made on my vehicle policies. The turnover of employees in this office is comparable to a fast food restaurant and the competence of the employees of this agent was that of a fry machine operator. After I switched agents, I discovered that I was paying fees beyond what was required on my policies. I've saved a lot of money after I switched to another State Farm agent a few miles away from this agent.

My advise is to stay away from doing business here and find an agent that will treat you fairly and have employees who have competence and a good attitude towards their customers.

Statefarm has amazing insurance, but this office is hard to work with and i wish i didnt have to deal with this agent or staff. I never feel like they have my best interest at heart, they just want your money.
