The representatives of the Rainer Branch of Country Financial have been reluctant to disclose requests starting in September and continuing to this day. We were notified of cancellation in November 2024, with the promise of assisting in finding an alternative provider which was a failed attempt. We easily found another provider with many choices. Also a repair refund has been withheld since September as well, many promises to refund failed; even to send through mail as promised. Very disappointed in customer service at this branch.

I was more than pleased with how my claim was handled from beginning to end! They all stayed on top of my claim and it went so smoothly. People returned calls or emailed and made arrangements when they said they would. And it was over and done with so quickly. No waiting around for calls or updates. Having my Country Financial agents in my own town was a big part of the success. The adjustor was amazing too and she was in Illinois which didn't affect the quality of service. She's the one I worked with the most and really made things happen! They were all eager to help answer my questions. I'm so glad I switched from my former insurance (after 35 years!). I was a little nervous about switching but I wasn't happy where I was and CF came highly recommended. They have some unique things they offer compared to other insurance companies and are much more affordable than my previous insurance. Very satisfied, I have such peace of mind now.

My policy had lapsed and it was entirely my screw-up, compounded by problems getting my email provider to send images of my transaction. Florence and Tisha worked very hard to make sure the loop was closed with the Farm Bureau and Country Financial and get me reinstated before an important medical appointment we couldn't afford to miss. I have been with Country for over 30 years and wouldn't ever want to change. Sheryl and her people always have my back!
