We have been living in Duarte for about a year now. Since the start everything has been very smooth. Kevin was very clear about all the paperwork needed to start our lease and even let us move some of our items a week ahead of our move-in date to make things easier. Steve manages our home and he has been very responsive in anything we needed during our stay. Anytime we needed something fixed or replaced, it was done in less than a week. We will be renewing our lease with them and hope to enjoy many more years at this location. Definitely recommend this management company for anyone looking for a new place to stay.
