RENTER BEWARE. Bed bugs present at move in. Only did 1 “treatment”. Lots of live bugs still in the apartment and all over furniture after said treatment. Only stayed in the unit 6 nights and they charged $1,590 to “break the lease”. Took the information to the press and the response was to blame me and say that “tenants assume responsibility for handling infestations”. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you want to be out a lot of money, time, and be blamed for an issue that was NOT YOUR FAULT.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. i would give less than 0 stars if i could. stayed here 9 months, the place was roach infested when we moved in. the spray they use does absolutely nothing. we were constantly singled out and forced to follow rules that nobody else was, or getting complaints for things other people were also doing/ we didn’t do. they allowed our neighbor to have a camera pointed at our front door, and her dogs to poop all over the sidewalk. but the cherry on top, when we finally started moving out of this hell hole, had some things left in the apartment between trips to the new place, but we still owned it, we were still paying rent, lease wasn’t up, and they went in and threw away ALL of our things. now not only have we lost thousands of dollars worth or things and some sentimental items, but we also have to go through the haste of pressing charges because management couldn’t care less to make it up to us.

Wish I could give 0 stars. A horrible place to live, within the one year of me living here they have raised the rent of my apartment up by almost $200 without a big notice. Now I have to figure out where to live before the end of the month. This place is worthless. You can find so many other better places, don't waste your money at a place that doesn't care about your needs. Also, it's your own duty to take down and clean out the entire air filter. They're not going to clean that.

Horrible place. Apartment raised rent yet again. It constantly smells of strong weed which they do nothing about whether there are children around or not, Someone stole my BRAND NEW Oxygen sensors off my truck, People leave trash and BROKEN GLASS outside doors... I notified Head office about broken glass from neighbor in front of my door and they told me to feel free to clean it up myself cause they wont do anything.. they "don't have a broom"... Never coming back here ever again

*Beware*This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. My daughter who is 18 moved there from sw Oklahoma and we brought her home for the holidays. Well we decided to move her back home for personal reasons and the day before we were set to come up we found out that the apartments accepted my daughters keys from someone who was watching her apartment and who wasnt on the lease. They took this person's word that my daughter was out of town and not coming back, which wasn't true. Before her rent was even due they cleaned her apartment out, disposed of her things and changed the locks! No body could tell me what happened or where her things went. Still fighting to get answers. She lost everything she had.....everything.

FYI Silverwood and Lindsay management. What you did us illegal and I wont back down until this is resolved. Just know that.

If I could give this place a zero star review I would I, ignored all the negative reviews because I believe that both sides of a story should be heard. But my fiancé and I did everything the asked. We were told the day a apartment would be ready for us and paid everything ahead of time to make our move easy. We live a distance away in another state, and we had made that known. A week and half before the apartment was supposed to be ready we got a call saying the apartment was ready and we had to be there in two days or we would lose it. So thank god my fiancé works for a understanding company and we drove down there and went to the apartment that had professionally cleaned and was met with this.

After looking at the photos I hope everyone that wants to live there in the future has the expectation of this type of clean and not what we were led to believe. *Note I have various health concerns so no amount of “we will try our best and clean it again” was going to make this whole experience better.

Paid my rent in advance by atleast 1-2 weeks every month. Left the apartment in perfect shape. Was billed after moving out for rent late charges a long list of damages on top of they took my deposit. Called lindzy management. They are unbearably rude hung up on me 10 times after refusing to let me talk to a manger. When i first moved in i paid all the rent and deposits and still waited 3 weeks for my keys costing me 1000 in hotel charges because we were just moving to town for mu job. They refuse to fix it and have damaged my perfect credit score. Ive never missed a payment or not paid a bill in my life.

I recently was turned over to a collections company on a bill I never got. Despite leaving the apartments six years ago and never getting a bill or notice because (an they admitted this) they sent it to the wrong address, I am responsible for new paint and carpet that was unnecessary. Apparently my security deposit didn't matter. Also, when you leave, you're required to do a walk-through, but they never mentioned this. They also lied that I missed a rent payment although that's completely untrue. How could I even go on living there if I had not paid them? I've never seen such blatant dishonesty from a company in my life. Beware of the scam they're running. To be fair, this doesn't speak to the current management. This is from 2012.
