JC is fantastic. We were first-time home buyers and really appreciated how patient and thorough he was walking us through the process. He went above and beyond, and we felt informed, comfortable, and confident. His son, Zach, did a showing for us (of the house we ended up buying!) and was wonderful as well. We found our forever home, but we’ll definitely be recommending JC and Zach to family and friends.

We sold our home in Woodlea Manor in February 2024. JC was very helpful with all his advice around the timing, pricing, marketing, and ultimately the terms of the sale. He was never pushy. All decisions were ours to make after he provided his advice. We were very happy with all aspects of the process. Highly recommend!

We chose JC after interviewing several agents. Probably the best choice we have ever made. JC led us through the process, showed us what was important and what were just details that we thought were important. He allowed us to step back and let him handle the process. Although most agents could do the same thing, with JC we had a strategy that maximized our payout. He has a lower commission fee, set a price that got us 6 separate bids that continually increased, and eventually set the record price for our neighborhood. We were not the biggest house and did not have the nicest lot. We also finished closing while on the golf course. Bottom line was JC knew what he was doing, made it easy on us and put tens of thousands of dollars more in our pocket. That made our retirement a lot better.

I can’t imagine having a better experience listing and selling my Leesburg home than I had with Silvey Residential. From our very first conversation, JC and his team were honest, proactive, flexible and responsive to our needs. In the planning phase, they provided us with valuable advice and several options on how to update and stage the house for showing, based on our financial position and relocation timeline. When the house was ready, JC had his photographers highlight the most beautiful aspects of our home and capture its true character, and Zach created the most professional video production I’ve ever seen in a real estate listing. Based on our timeline, JC used his expert knowledge of the Loudoun real estate market to advise us on on the most sensible listing price, and when to list the property. He and Vianne facilitated over 15 showings in one weekend, and by the end of the weekend we had three very competitive offers. JC not only advised us on selecting the best offer, but he also gave us general advice as we looked for a new home in another region of the country. We closed the sale of our house and moved on schedule thanks to JC’s hard work and the efforts of his staff. Throughout the process, they communicated clearly and effectively.
