I worked with Realtor Simon Guy on selling 23736 Dolphin Cove in Laguna Niguel. He was the utmost professional and sold the property for 76K over asking, setting an all time high in the community of Foothill Townhomes. Tracey was the absolute best in assisting my husband and I in buying our very first home! I cannot say enough about this amazing team! I had my house listed with another realtor before meeting with Simon. The home had been on the market for over 140 days without any action other than one open house. I parted ways with that realtor and met with Simon. From our very first conversation he had a game plan and I loved that! I also live out of state which might seem like a difficult situation, but it didn’t even phase Simon and his team. We decided to have the home staged and immediately have an open house which was a completely different experience from the former realtor. We had many offers from that day and ultimately sold the house $10,000 over the asking price. Simon made sure I was always updated with any information even being across the country. We were certainly delighted that we took his advice. We made the recommended improvements and the home had tremendous curb appeal!
