Siva property Managment was the managers for my apartment in San Jose downtown Japan town 584 north 2nd st . Siva property Managment kicked me and my family out with a three day notice and no warning ! I was served with a letter from a lawyer just because I had a storage in front of my apartment they retaliate against me by serving me with a three day notice and evict me after Christmas with no warning at all . I highly suggest working with another property Managment . They apartment I lived is over 50 years old , the entire apartment needs to be remodeled and it has mold. Any request I asked to fix something the apartment Managment didn’t really care to respond to any help and ignored me for years . I was ulitimwtely kicked out for leaving stuff in my front in storage when they could have kindly just asked me to remove it . over the heads and if they did fix something they hired a really bad handy man to just do a poor job on some work. Please find another place this Managment company for apartments are terrible .

Went to the newly built out California Eye Surgeon it is beautiful loved the colors etc. Only thing was missing for me was a handrail for the handicap walkway. The exterior landscaping is neat and well maintained.
