The house was very clean when we arrived. It was very comfortable and decorated nicely. We loved it there and it was exactly what we needed! If we ever find ourselves traveling back to Pensacola we’ll definitely consider booking with six sparrows again:)

We stayed at Six Sparrows for 21 nights. It was as described. Conveniently located to downtown and a couple of blocks to Publix. Check in was easy and we were allowed to check in early. Our pups loved the fenced in yard. I would stay there again.

This is a lovely setting located on the sound in Gulf Breeze. The kids enjoyed the tree swing, kayaks, and canoes. The house was clean and comfortable. It is very easy to travel to Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. There were a few issues that need to be corrected with the house. The master bedroom shower needs fixing and the oven top element is loose. Also, the kitchen was under equipped needs more knives, blender, mixer, and utensils.

Very clean house. Good communication with host. The only issue was a very noisy dryer. It worked but was located in the livingroom and we had to go to the bedroom because you could not stay in the room with it while running. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

I would give a 0 if I could. I rented a property that Six Sparrows had listed on VRBO. Not only did the property not have running water when we arrived, we tried to contact them for over 10 hours with no response from them!! Finally VRBO was able to get ahold of them and they basically told us that they would refund our money but had no other place to stay. I am still waiting on a refund from them since May 12th! VRBO is not helping either they have both given me the run around which is totally not acceptable. I took time away from my work to book this family vacation to only have so many problems on vacation and even now trying to get my refund back! I don’t want anyone to go through what we went through! Do not use this company if you see their name attached to it!

To six sparrows properties, what is a phone number where we can talk to an actual person about when we will receive our refund? We paid to stay in one of your gulf breeze properties june 3-10 and about 10 days ago we were messaged our reservation was being cancelled, we need to rent a different property since yours is suddenly unavailable, vrbo says we should get refund within 5 days yet we have not.
Please help. Hopefully our refund being delayed is an innocent oversight and not a nefarious action.
