It’s a quiet and okay place to live. I’ve lived here for a year and I haven’t had real problems until recently. When I first moved in I addressed a problem with the bathroom floor feeling like it was sinking in and they told me they wasn’t going to fix it, but they’d keep an eye on it since “they just put new flooring in.” I also got a new bathroom door to which they told me to paint it instead of having their maintenance men paint it. They did supply the paint and it wasn’t a big deal, but I just found it comical. If you have something minor needing to be fixed, like an oven perhaps, they WILL take their time to fix it. I haven’t had a working oven in a month and I keep getting told that they’ll come fix it tomorrow to which they never come and fix it. On top of the oven not being fixed, my AC has went out multiple times the past week. I understand that it’s not a them issue, but it is very inconvenient. I have been patient and understanding the whole time I’ve lived here with any problems that i’ve had, but when it takes this long to fix a minor issue, it’s ridiculous. I understand that these are income based apartments, but they shouldn’t charge you over a certain amount for rent if they’re not going to fix or properly fix things.

I gave 1 Star only because That was the lowest option....I have lived at SkyView 2 Times and it was a Great place to live when Lacy Hoover was the Manager, But it is a Big joke Now.. the manager they have in there now has no idea how to be A Manager...There were Issues when I moved in that was never documented, Because The Maintenance man was Supposed to Replace and Repair them the following week...He never showed up to Do the Repairs.... But that was Normal for him.... When I moved out They Kept a lot of my Deposit for the Repairs... Things that I didn't Do.... This is the worst Appartments to live in... VERY POOR MANAGEMENT ...THEY NEED A GOOD MANAGER THAT KNOWS HOW TO BE A MANAGER BECAUSE THIS ONE IS TERRIBLE...
