I moved out of a privately owned condo I rented directly from the owner after living there for 16 years where she didn't return my deposit and didn't replace her washing machine.

I was super surprised that how wonderful RPM at SLO was in returning my deposit after I moved out. They took care of the yard by hiring a landscape man.They paved a new parking lot in our side yard, so that we have space to park privately.
Renting from RPM has been even better than renting from a privately owned place!!

They are SO responsive and I feel like I'm renting from people who truly care about me. It feels like I'm renting from family!

- any repairs are quickly addressed and fixed
- they don't play the blame game
- they look out for you

Matt is INCREDIBLE! He is on top of everything, kind, and so, so good at his job.

I am a tenet of 4 years, and I cannot write enough good things about SLO RPM. I will just give a couple of quick examples.

One morning, the toilet in our home started overflowing for no apparent reason. I frantically called SLO RPM and they had a person out to the home within 15 minutes to fix the problem. The contractor put on a temporary fix and later that evening, we had a brand new toilet. We were never once asked "what did you do to make the toilet break" or anything that put us at fault. We were never charged for any fixes or repairs, and maintenance requests are always fulfilled very quickly with no guilt trip or blame.

Another time, I was asked by SLO RPM if there were any issues with the house that needed maintenance. While the house was functioning, the bathroom was not in the best shape and was due for a remodel. Within a few months, there were plans for a total bathroom remodel. It was only supposed to be a one week remodel but due to unforeseen issues, it ended up leaving us without a shower in the home for almost a whole month. SLO RPM gave us free rent for that entire month! While it was a challenge to have no shower in the home, that free moth of no rent easily covered a gym membership where I could shower, and much much more.

Needless to say, I have been in this same home for four years only because of SLORMP. The house is fine, but the house is not what is keeping me here. The helpful employees of SLO RPM are the ones keeping me here.

Lastly, I have rented from this company both as a college student and young professional. They have always been respectful and kind toward me and the others in the home.

I didn't think this was possible but renting from SLO RPM has been even better than renting from a privately owned place.

They are SO responsive and I feel like I'm renting from people who truly care about me and my roommates. It feels like I'm renting from family!

- they look out for you (Shannon texted us one time to tell us that our complex was towing people for parking in wrong places so we wouldn't get towed)

Shannon, who I've had the most contact with, is INCREDIBLE! She is on top of everything, kind, and so, so good at her job.

Ive been renting from Slo Realty & Property Management since 2002. From my college days with five roommates till now living with my family of five in North County. It's been a pleasure dealing with everyone involved at Slo Realty. More specifically Shannon has been a pleasure to work with & so helpful with maintenance issues which have been minimal. Also they were accommodating with a late payment during the start of the Corona Virus pandemic. Anyone looking for a rental I highly recommend giving them a call.

Very standoffish when it came to dealing with any maintenance problems with our house. Took $2700 out of our deposit for routine end of lease maintenance after giving all previous tenants their entire deposit back. They did not do a walk-through of the house prior to starting our lease and blamed us for a ton of issues that were not our fault. In short, they charged one group of tenants for 5+ years of wear and tear.
