Great experience working with the rental team as we were looking for an apartment for our daughter. After an initial conversation reviewing our needs, discussing options available, we made an appointment for a site visit. Immediately following our call I received an email thanking me for the interest and a summary of our call. No other property management team showed the same professionalism and I was hopeful for a successful visit and I can say I wasn’t disappointed.
After visiting the recommended unit that would meet our needs, we happily signed the lease agreement and are looking forward to our daughter moving in later this summer knowing she is in the right “home”

Solis has been so amazing to live with, especially when we put in a maintenance request. All of our requests get taken care of promptly and Enrique, the maintenance man, is always super helpful and quick. I've always so felt comfortable and safe living here.

this place has a super friendly staff. they are easy to spark conversation with and never fail to greet me with a smile. the maintenance is very accessible and always willing to help with any questions and concerns. the location is great for walking to school and grabbing food with your friends. i personally love having a balcony to sit and read in the sun every morning; it is a blessing to live here!

We are very happy with the Solis Isla Vista staff and our experience with the property we rented. It was clean and well managed. The office was right nearby and our son could easily go over there when he needed anything. When we needed to transfer the lease, Ava was very accommodating, going above and beyond to help us through the process successfully. Thank you Ava and team!

Remarkable customer service. Ava and Javier demonstrate old fashioned customer service. Extremely responsive, not pushy and knew the answers to all our questions. We didn't experience that same level of professionalism with other rental companies in Isla Vista, that's why we are renting with them.

I am a student at SBCC. I really love living in these apartments. The courtyard is very nice and sunny. The neighborhood is generally good, however it is a party town so it can get loud sometimes. Overall living here has been great and a wonderful place to study learn and build community!!

Ava and Javier were both super helpful in finding the right housing fit for my son who is transitioning to SBCC in the Fall. I always have a ton of questions and they were both very responsive via email and phone. Lots of properties and layouts to choose from. A good place to start out in IV! Highly recommend!

Had the best experience with Ava, the property manager. I did not have the best roommate situation and she gave me all the support I needed. She looks out for all of her tenants and is not just a property manager, she makes sure everything is as proper as can be. 10/10 recommend this place to anybody looking for a reliable, respectable living place.
