Not sure how this business operates but it's not good apparently. My husband showed up on a Sat. morning about 15 min prior to opening for a state inspection. The shop says it opens at 8 AM. He waited until 8:20 and still no one was there. He called a few times and the call went to voicemail. He wasted so much time waiting and driving 😔

I've only been coming here the past couple of years. Rick is awesome. Super honest, explains everything clearly, and his prices are reasonable. He does better work than my previous shop which I went to because it was "AAA certified". Don't hesitate and keep your cars running by supporting his shop.

Just had a mount and balance done and couldn't have been easier. Fair pricing, honest employees and had me out in less than an hour. Even cleaned the wheels for me. I wish I could give 10 stars.

The service that I received at South Riding Automotive was excellent! Loved that they made appointments! Needed a state safety inspection and emissions testing. Had a couple of bulbs out and the price of the bulbs and installation was very reasonable. Matt was very helpful and answered all my questions.
