Oh My Gosh!!! Shannon Bock is 100% Completely Awsome!!
I walked into her office a little on the agitated side. Because I had been through 4 realtors that didn't want to work. Apparently... over a period of a month or 6 weeks... I walked in, looked her in the Eye and said. Are you ready to hit the road running? And she said absolutely! Shannon and I found my husband and I a home in a manner of less than a month, Even less than that I think in a manner of a couple of weeks... We ran our butts off!
My husband and I both are grateful to Shannon... My husband and I are Hurricane Ian refugees lost our home... And living in the driveway of our lost home in florida... But we had each other that was what was important... My husband Is up for a Lung... transplant so it was left up to Shannon and I most of all, to find us a permanent Home...Thank you so much Lady!!! We so Appreciate you and your team who made us feel so welcome to Mountain Home!!

Kim isn’t your friendly neighborhood real estate agent. She’s your friend who just happens to be a real estate agent. Kim and her team will fight tooth and nail for you to have the place that best fits you. One conversation with Kim and you’ll see how hard she works for her clients. One visit to her office makes you realize just how well she will take care of you. Going to the Southern Breeze office is more like going to your cool aunts house than it is a realty company. There were many hiccups in our process some by me and some by the bank but Kim was always right there in the trenches with us moving the purchase forward. We would not have the house we have without her and it would’ve taken much much longer had she not been in our corner. As first time buyers we were unsure and anxious through every step but her comfort and stability through it all kept us grounded. When we first met Kim, she said “We will get you in the house you were meant to be in” and she was absolutely correct. We couldn’t be happier with our situation and we owe a ton of the credit to Kim Koenan the Barbarian. If you’re in the market for a real estate agent you would be remiss to not give her a call.
