I would like to share an experience that I recently had with Southland auto insurance specifically with Arlene Vasquez, my previous insurance was canceled and I was about to get my drivers license suspended. I gave Southland insurance a call and Arlene was able to assist me efficiently and within the same day I had insurance available and my license was not suspended. Not only did she provide excellent customer service, but she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions and concerns that I had.
