I personally did not check the reviews on this place before renting from them and I really should have. Most of the reviews are old but they still very much do still hold true. I have reported this place to everyone that you can. I wish there was more I could do. To bad the Attorney General Office does help renters in Wyoming because your going to really wish they did once you rent from these people. If you need to rent a place in Rock Springs go somewhere else. I know it a small town so there not alot of options but you will greatly regret renting from this place.

Currently renting a house from green river. I’ve had issues with the previous landlord now with the new landlord. I have now found out why the issues keep coming up since both landlords are related and act the same. Rude and disrespectful. I have always paid on time and never had complaints about me being a neighbor. Just recently got a called about my lawn not being water which I understand but how could I when the issue with the water spout hasn’t been fixed. I have already made a work order for maintenance. If I turn on the water faucet the water leaks into the house. Also we have been having mold in the house due to no ventilation in the upstairs bathroom. We told the new landlord about this issue when we resigned a new 6 month lease. Landlord said it will be removed quickly. It has now been 6 months and still mold in the bathroom. All windows have been nailed or glued shut in the house. That is also a safety concern especially if a fire may occur and no way for my family and I to escape if need be. Further more I’m just more shocked that a landlord is more worried more about the safety of the grass instead of the safety of the tenants living with mold. I’m sorry but I’m now seeking lawyer information for the unhealthy safety issues that my family and I have been in. This is a rental real estate I will never recommend again and will never use a real estate agent from them as well when we purchase our first house soon.

The house on 602 midway is filled with mold, the bathroom wall collapsed and they just put back up the tile no cleaning no nothing, I have photos and videos. The basement flooded on a regular basis. We put down a depost 2800 and got about 1800 back for petty things that were broken when we moved in. Though new tenets were moved in just days after we left it took over 30 days to get our deposit back. When things broke it was a battle to get things fixed let alone in a timely manner. No heat or water for nearly a week on multiple occasions. Now I hear they are charging even more for the home.

Do Not Rent From Them,

We thought this company was a very good place to rent from but boy were we wrong. After 4 years of renting and paying our rent on time, we were told we had to leave due to the property being sold. We cleaned the place before exiting and even did a walk through with both the landlord and a person from their company. The house was approved for move out with the exception that the carpet needed replaced, which we did thru our deposit. Two months later we get a letter for an outrageous amount for bogus charges for damages we "supposedly " did to the house as well as charging us to "clean" the clean house. All the damages were documented when we moved in and the pictures of the filthy and damages were sent to them so that way we weren't charges. Now we're stuck with the bogus charges bc they can't find any documentation prior to us moving in and won't return my calls😡

Easily the most shady property management company I have dealt with. They charged us for 'ruining' their 30 year old carpet, did not send us an itemized list of deductions to our deposit (they kept all of it) and then attempted to sue us for thousands of dollars for not cleaning behind their 30 year old appliances. They also had our truck towed and refused to tell us why. They charge late fees regardless of whether the bills were late or not and generally take advantage of anyone in their path.

I rented from SWRE going through agent Lacy Marincic. After moving out, I received an e-mail with pictures showing all of the previous damages to the apartment before moving in. I tried to explain to them the damages they wanted me to pay for were there prior to moving into the apartment. I requested the before move-in pictures that Lacy had taken before I moved in. She e-mailed me back and told me that my account had been closed and would no longer be addressed. Several months later I received a phone call from a debt collection agency informing me of the amount of these damages. SWRE is not an honest agency and I don't recommend renting apartments or properties affiliated with them.

Southwest Real Estate LLC has been managing our properties for a number of years. They have been great to work with and have done a wonderful job managing both our properties and the tenants. They are very professional and we are very satisfied with all the services they have provided for us.

Do not rent from these people, because they will keep your deposit. They will make false claims about the homes just to keep your deposit. While we lived there we had to all them every month for repair and had to deal with bad plumbing and a nasty animal odor on the carpets upstairs and they refused to repair this yet when we moved out they refused to do a walk through inspection and sent me a bogus letter two minths later stating they were keeping my deposit because of the carpets and walls. They refuse to answer my calls and now I have to take them to small claims court to get my deposit.
