Ted and Jennifer have been amazing property managers. They are very laid back and friendly. I recently moved into one of the homes they manage and have had to get a few things fixed. When I brought these maintenance items to their attention, they were very quick to respond and kept me updated as to when someone was coming by to repair what was needed. They understand that my work schedule isn't always flexible and they have been able to work around that when scheduling someone to come out to the property. The tenant portal that Ted and Jennifer use is very user friendly. I have used it before in the past with other property managers and was very pleased to be able to continue using it. I have had issues with property managers in the past being unresponsive and rude. That is definitely not the case with Spinner Properties.

I highly recommend the Spinner Property Management for taking care of your (mid-)Peninsula properties. Ours is a SFH in Belmont. Ted and Jen are very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the area. Ted was super responsive in answering my various questions when we first got in touch. After handing the property over to them, they kept us updated throughout the process, e.g. necessary repairs to get the house ready, progress on finding tenants, showing schedule, etc. The communication has been good. As far as I can tell, they act quickly to tenants' needs as well. Just great and highly responsible people. 5 star!

Ted was super thorough during the application process and flexible with viewing the property. Whenever I have questions or need anything fixed, he’s great a responding quickly and sending help over ASAP.
Plus, the app used for requests and payments is easy to use.

I highly recommend Spinner Properties. Ted and Jen helped me rent a condo on the Peninsula. They are highly professional, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. They helped get the condo ready to show. They made recommendations, we discussed and made it happen, quickly.

It was a pleasure dealing with Spinner properties. Ted Yamagashi was the person who helped us through the whole process. He was very prompt and patient answering our questions and we did end up renting one of their properties. Will definitely refer them to others !
PS : Things don't change even after you have rented the place(not that common). They are prompt with taking complaints or handling issues even after we moved in. Kudos !
