He came up to our small store and took care of installation and trained our staff how to use the machine and dashboard showed us how to find statements and compare rates. We are new to spot on and John, our account manager is amazing! He’s always available and is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve spoken to at the company. He’s answered all of our questions and even has scheduled zoom meetings to make sure we grasp the steps. Good company but only if you have john as your account manager.

Thank you SpotOn for giving PizzaPapalis Jessica!! With us having five locations she’s been amazing since becoming our account manager. Jessica is always available to assist with BOH, Reports, Dashboard, Loyalty, E-Gift Cards and I’m sure a few other things I’m not naming that she’s helped us with. If she’s not readily available she makes the effort to reach out and handles the issue in a timely manner.
