I rented from them for 5.5 years!
A few of the doorframes were slightly damaged by a previous owner's dog, but when I contacted them and sent pictures when I first moved in, they documented the damages. This is often a worry for tenants, having to cover the damages of previous owners, so I am glad they were understanding of this.
I also had appliances break (Fridge, Cabinets, AC unit, sink, boiler) due to the age of the house. They were prompt to send a maintenance crew and ALWAYS at a time that was convenient for me! When the appliances were too old to repair, they honored their contract and replaced them.
When I was asked to move out (likely due to the house being sold by the owner), I was given a full 90 days notice. When I communicated my situation, they gave me a 5 month extension!!
Pay rent on time and communicate with them, and you'll have the peace of mind that your property managers are fair and see you as people and not just as dollar signs!

Moved me into an apartment and the washer in the unit is full of mold, it smells horrendous and Amanda is refusing to provide a solution, not to mention nothing in this unit was clean but I had to pay a deposit and have to come in and clean top to bottom. These folks do not care about tenant satisfaction at all they just want your money then they ignore you.

Absolute worst property management team iv ever endured. the past reviews are correct in the fact they’re slumlords. i lived in a rat and mice infested house with nothing i could do to fix it without doing damage to the property. i was very clean left the house in better condition then received and they proceeded to take half of the security deposit for a cleaning business that doesn’t exist. I filed a claim with the BBB and i suggest you do to. These people should not be allowed to get away with what they’re doing and i truly hope you’re not reading this in the situation i was in. There was many more issues i can’t even take the time to go into but save yourself the headache and find another property.

I've rented with Sreg PM for the last 3 years and they are great! They will work with you. Have not had any major issues left unresolved. When having a maintenance issue, they always respond in in a timely manner and resolve my issues. Thanks Jonathan and Amanda!

All of the stairs at the complex I live at are all rusted out with steps falling, it’s a huge safety hazard especially for the kids, the property management is refusing to address the issue, I’ve already contacted Zillow and they will be blocking this company from publishing rents on there site, next step is to contact 7 on your side and get these slumlords on the news and then sue them. This is the worst property management company I’ve ever came across

Amanda was amazing showing us houses and taking time out of her busy day making sure we got all the time we needed to make decisions and look at the properties. I look forward to living in one of y'all great houses.
