Avoid This Building – Ongoing Issues, No Real Fixes, Terrible Management

I would strongly advise against renting from Stanley A. Sirott Trust or any property they own. We have been living in this building for eight months, and during this time, we have faced persistent issues that the management only “kind of” fixes—never properly, never permanently.

One major issue we reported back in August is still unresolved despite multiple follow-ups. Their response? “It’s normal.” No apologies, no urgency, just excuses. It seems their maintenance approach is to do the bare minimum so they can say they “fixed” something—only for the problem to come back again next month.

If you value your comfort, time, and money, stay far away from this place. The lack of responsibility, professionalism, and basic tenant care is shocking.

Would I recommend renting here? Absolutely not. 🚨

Evil!
Violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Filthy hallways full of pet vomit, urine, and feces that management does not clean up/ crack down on without multiple complaints. The Dumpsters are too small and constantly surrounded by trash . The laundry room, elevators, and halls are rarely cleaned.

Roaches, spiders, bed bugs! Roaches at the faucet, and climbing into your water pitchers. Despite all my pest control attempts

Thieves stole the mail, followed 2 female tenants at night, stole equipment from cars, vandalized other cars, stole a walker... But Manager refuses to put in a single security camera. The cops come so much they know the manager by name.

Stanley Sirott Management does not inspect the heaters yearly as per the law. So I was almost killed by CO2 poisoning at 2:30 am. Fire dept had to come. a few months later, a broken stove eye had soot and flames shooting 6 inches high! They refused to repair it for 1 year, until the fire department got involved... again.

For 1.5 years the faucet was making knocking sounds that manager Anthony Vasquez blamed on "high demand." The parking sign has dangled by a thread for 1.5 years. The pool is over-run daily by his loud teenage relatives cursing etc.

This used to be a much cleaner apt complex. Not anymore

Their property management people are THE WORST! Properties are poorly managed and allow trash and old furniture to sit on the front of the property and then they move that to neighboring properties. Owners are condescending jerks and even fight amongst themselves as their family trust is constantly in court. Other tenants agree to STAY AWAY from their properties!!!!

They say they are there to serve their tenants but they only serve at no cost to them. Awful company to live under. I called their office today to get their address and was told they don't give it out and then they hung up. That's how they service people

They are the worst rental properties management in the county. Their properties are full of complaints from tenants: very dirty, unsafety apartments to live in, no regular maintenance check up on the building yearly. Very lousy onsite managers, not perform their job properly, unprofessional without proper training... Some uneducated tenants live there, they are trouble tenants, manager afraid of them. Using
Foul language. Trouble makers, sometimes the police come almost every couple months. What is a terrible place to live. Do not rent their properties....

We put in our 30 day notice to move out. We cleaned our apartment. We did a detailed walkthrough with the property manager. He said we did a great job cleaning and marked everything as clean. He also stated they would be renovating the apartment anyway. It's been 75 days and we still have not received our security deposit. We will take them to small claims court. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM. STAY AWAY FROM STANLEY SIROTT PROPERTIES.

The onsite managers are doing all they can but the management company sucks. Quick fixes are only temporary solutions to reoccurring problems.
