Called Eddie Stavely to ask him to do a Probate Opinion. He said he would go over on Saturday when he was in town and the get back to me. 2 weeks went by and I had not heard anything. I called him today to see if he had had time to go and work on this. He told me he was not going to be able to do this for me and my family because he felt like the property was unsellable. It would have been nice if he would have at least called me back and told me he could not do the Probate Opinion instead of wasting my time. I do not recommend a business who has such poor customer service.
