I have been using Kelly at Steele Group for years for my personal and business insurance. I feel more than protected and guided by Kelly. Kelly has such a wealth of knowledge and also approaches things with not only professionalism but also compassion. I have never had a large claim until we had ice dams on my personal home. Our area was considered a natural disaster so things were crazy trying to get demo companies and claims processed quickly so we could rebuild. I started my claim directly with the insurance company and it was not going well. It took one call to Kelly voicing my frustration and she jumped in and made things happen. Thank you to Kelly and her entire staff for taking such good care of us over the years.
