Our homeowners policy increased $1000 in two years, no claims. Unfortunately after initially great communication from Jared when we first bought our policy, we no longer felt he valued our business. Took multiple weeks, phone calls and emails to get a response regarding adding a new car to a policy or hunting for a new policy for our skyrocketing homeowners. There was never an explanation or apology for the lack of communication. Ultimately we cancelled our policy and went with another local broker who had much better communication and was eager to help and earn our business. When we cancelled, not a peep from Jared or his staff as to why, no attempt to keep our business.

Highly recommend! Creak City is always professional and have accommodated all my insurance needs on sometimes very little notice. I have also used their accounting services. They are a great team that makes sure you understand everything and send step by step videos with their quotes that leave no question unanswered.

Everything about the experience was great. I love how he video records the qoute and he was very responsive. Other agents told me ins companies are steering clear of daycare and trying upsell the companies that finance policies. He came through big time
