Steve helped me to settle a fantastic home and landlord insurance rate with Mercury.
In our initial call, Steve took his time with me to understand my situation from a professional perspective. He then compares the rates from multiple insurance providers including Progressive etc. and found the best coverage & rate for us -- in our case it's the Mercury.
The followup communication with Steve is also productive and easy. The deal was settled through multiple e-mails.
If you are a home owner or landlord, I'll highly recommend Steve as your broker -- he puts customer's interests first, which is a rear virtue these days.

Stephen was very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting me with getting a new car insurance policy.
