Absolutely horrible customer service we walked in. One lady just looked at us and then got on the phone with her dad and another guy was getting coffee or hot chocolate looked at us and then walked in his office. The other lady was too lazy to even look up at us, we are going to rent with them definitely not going to now and definitely do not recommend this place at. Advice how about greet people who walk in the door instead of looking at them then immediately getting on the phone with your dad especially if you want people to rent from you do better

Been living here for 2 years and have been paying +$2,000 a month for that amount of time. This complex started a new parking system where they want to charge you $10 a month to park and $55 a month for covered parking.

I assumed the $2,000 a month was more than enough to let me park my car here.

This apartment complex has nice apartments-washer/dryer in unit, good sized living space, nice appliances. The gym is ok, a little small, and the amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi are often closed for maintenance. The location is close by NAU and grocery stores.

The rent is high, and only gets higher whenever you renew your lease. They increased base rent over 30% for an annual renewal which is clearly just to make money as none of that extra money seemed to go to plowing snow from the parking lot of shoveling the very slippery stairs. There is also a lot of dog poop all over the property.

Overall the apartments themselves are nice but expensive. More could be done in terms of snow/ice removal in the winter.

Sterling Pointe apartments was a pleasure to live at. My wife and I lived here for 3 years during our time at NAU and it was ideal. Since day one literally everything was going great. The office ladies, Janeen and Taylor were absolutely a pleasure to work with any time i needed anything. Moreover, maintenance team were the best anyone could ask for. Steven and Myron always were fast and helpful. During the stay, I had some issues with refrigerator and microwave and talked to them about it then they have replaced them both in couple days. The place is convenient location so close to campus, restaurants, and necessary stores. If there’s a complaint it would be the electricity bill is higher than other places. I don’t know why but hope they going to solve this issue soon. Overall, it’s a good place to live at in Flagstaff. Thank you to Sterling pointe staff for all they do. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I recently moved into Sterling Point Apartments this month and so far we have had a phenomenal experience. Our apartment home was extremely clean and well maintained upon move in. We had a few minor issues with the appliances and window screens upon moving in but the maintenance staff, Myron, was able to promptly fix every single issue and so far everything has been working perfectly since. The office staff was extremely helpful with answering questions and gathering information in a prompt and friendly manor. The application process was a breeze and we got a great deal on our first months rent. We love how spacious the bedrooms and bathrooms are, and also that the grounds are beautiful and neatly maintained. We are looking forward to our time spent living here!

Sterling Pointe has been my home for over 2 years now and I really really have had a fantastic experience. The apartments are nice, neighbors are considerate and I have never had a noise issue.

Janeen and Val in the front office are always a friendly face and a fun conversation. Also incredibly helpful.

Any issues are dealt with pretty quickly but I haven’t had many (which is really good too).

Sterling Pointe has been nothing but amazing from the start of our hunt of a new apartment, all the way to move in. When we first walked into the office we were greeted right away and the ladies at the desk started telling us about the great living experience that they offer. They were able to show us their show room as well as an empty apartment they had near by which was super helpful in planning our furniture. The paperwork for the lease was quick and easy. As we waited for our move in date to arrive, we ran into trouble with our current apartment. Taylor at the front office was super helpful and was able to find a way that we could move in one month earlier than we had originally planned. Taylor worked quickly to get our new apartment and us ready within a week for us to move in. Come move in day Taylor walked us to our new apartment and did a walk through with us to be sure it was free of maintenance issues. We found one or two little issues that she was able to schedule the maintenance team to come in the following Monday and address said issues. Having the scheduled maintenance is a blessing saying that we have pets and both work full time jobs. When the gentleman from the maintenance team arrived, he was nothing but respectful and helpful. Not only did he fix the problem, he also explained it and why it was the way it was. He left us a little bag of candy and a note saying that they were in our home (in case we weren’t home at the time). Overall, Sterling Pointe is a great, friendly, well built, apartment complex that offers not only great residents that say hello when you walk by, but front desk staff like Taylor that go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and safe in your new home.
