⭐️⭐️⭐️Ask 4 Haley⭐️⭐️⭐️
Let’s talk about life. Cost are going up, customer service isn’t what it use to be… However Haley is breaking that stigma. Friendly, knowledgeable & caring. Haley went above & beyond- answered any question w/o hesitation, gave me multiple quotes for different coverage types. I had 6mo left on my other insurance company & just needed to add my spouse. Their “off brand” insurance cost more then the “name brand” that State Farm is. I decided that I wanted to be at a place with a person who knows what’s she’s doing as well as saving me some money. 10/10 will go with Haley every time. So if you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable & caring person, go with Haley!!

I have used Steve's office for nearly 20 years and find him and his staff to be extremely friendly and wonderful to deal with when needed. A few years ago I had extreme hail damage to my roof and was issue free dealing with State Farm whereas my friends who had other companies had big time issues trying to get repaired. I recently had a few dents on my car and I received the check for repair before I even got my car fixed!

Steve Switala and his staff are amazing. They made moving my insurance from Oregon to Arizona an enjoyable experience. Every time I call with a question or a request, they go out of their way to help me. I've been with State Farm for over 12 years and they are some of the best agents I have ever worked with. I even referred my roommate and they were able to beat her other car insurance by almost 50%. Great company, great people!

I have been a State Farm customer for a year and a half and they have had multiple issues with their system updating my automatic bill payment on a bundled deal. I called in multiple times and went in and they have been helpful up until recently. They kicked me off insurance, stating that they never received my authorization after December 2018 even though I went in and changed my updated information when I received a new debit card in March 2019. I went in shortly after to fix this issue and they were helpful doing this but apparently it “never went through” because they have no records of showing this even though they were pulling from my account linked up with my new debit card until July 2019. How is this possible to pull from a new debit card if they don’t have the authorization to do so? I will be switching car insurance ASAP.

I've been a State Farm customer since age 18 and we've been with this Flagstaff office ever since moving to Arizona from Illinois in 1995 (it was Terry Shick's office prior to Steve Switala). We have all of our auto policies and our homeowner's policy with Steve Switala's State Farm office. Everyone there is always extremely helpful, efficient and cordial. They're always prompt to answer my emails and phone calls, and we've never had a mistake on any of our policies. Prices are very fair.
I appreciate and recommend the State Farm Office of Steve Switala.

An "exceptional customer service experience" doesn't even begin to describe my phone call with Brian at Steve Switala's State Farm office! I had been looking up car insurance quotes online for two hours before I called Steve's office and was becoming very discouraged. I'm so glad I called! Brian made purchasing car insurance pleasurable. He was attentive, personable and answered every question I had thoroughly and with such patience. I received an awesome rate on my car insurance and am so confident knowing I have such a competent team on my side! Everyone should call Steve Switala's office!

I have had insurance through this agency for years. Everything was going ok up until recently when I got a new car. I added a car to my policy, and then a few days later removed the old car (the lease was up and I returned it to the dealer).
I got a bill in the mail about 2 weeks later for almost $500. I called in to see what happened, and had them tell me that they didn't cancel the old car, and I needed to pay a month in advance for the new car. I got upset, told them to at least cancel the old car out, and that I'd be looking around for new insurance and I'd get back to them.
That same day, I got insurance through American Family for HALF THE PRICE FOR BETTER COVERAGE. I called in the next week to cancel the second car and our renter's insurance policy. I found out that they were still trying to charge me for the two weeks' insurance where I had asked for it to be canceled and they dropped the ball. They said they'd fix it, and I didn't hear anything else for a bit.
A few days after that I get a policy renewal and call in to see what's up. THEY NEVER CANCELLED THE SECOND CAR OR RENTER'S INSURANCE.
I have now called both the agent and the corporate number SEVERAL times to no avail, and they have not managed to fix the problems they created. I would never, never, never use State Farm again...not just this agent, but generally. STAY AWAY!!!
