Rotted tree going to fall any moment. They not only refuse to so anything about it, they won't even return my calls or answer my messages. My family's life is at risk and they just ignore me. Amazing.

My husband and I are very pleased with Stevens Asset Management. We met with our property manager last week and she was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, attentive, honest, and patient. She answered any questions that we had. We are in the process of renting our home, and she has been beyond patient with us during this process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for property management. Stevens Asset Management has been our property manager for the last four years. I wouldn't trust my home with anyone else in the area. The staff is professional and fair and I know that our house is well taken care of. If something is wrong with the house, they call me right away so it can be taken care of at a fair price and as quickly as possible so that our tennants are not inconvenienced.

I have known Ronnie, Rebecca and Sammie for years and I can honestly say that they are honest, hardworking, attentive people with a desire and passion for their property owners and tenants to feel like family and to know they will be taken care of professionally. They have helped my husband and I any time we needed their assistance. Anytime we called to go look at a property, even if they were busy they have made time to come out and meet with us at whichever time worked best for our schedules. I can not think of a single bad or unprofessional thing to say about this company or the people they employ. Highly recommend them and their company. They take all the stress and worry out of finding and managing your forever home or rental home.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give them zero stars if I could. I just finished a year lease with Stevens Asset and from the very first day until the last day they lied about the property, ignored my concerns and complaints, did not perform maintenance in a timely manner or at all, were rude to me and my wife and to top it off withheld money from our security deposit claiming we left the property dirty (which we did not). The company is unbelievably poorly run, disorganized and apathetic to renters' concerns. I understand many of these companies deal with difficult tenants, but in our case we paid each month's rent ahead of schedule, always notified them of maintenance issues immediately, kept and improved the quality of the property and incurred many personal expenses to live in our terrible property. Again, steer clear of this company. Poorest rental experience I've ever had.
