Danni Wicken was absolutely horrible to deal with. Not only did she mail a payoff check to the wrong address, and my realtor had to travel over an hour to get it, but she was rude and had horrible phone manners. She yelled at us on the phone, she interrupted phone conversations more times than I can count and made for a super stressful experience. I would not recommend Stewart Title to anyone and tell them to go somewhere else, in fact. Danni was not pleasant and did a bad job. Even my Title Company I used on the selling of another home said how difficult she was. She caused undue stress and even told us how long it took her to do her job as she complained about doing it.

Sandy Fromm is a top notch escrow officer that goes way beyond her duties to serve her industry partners/client's. Al Yunker is an extremely knowledgable title officer. Their fees are the best in the industry. Yes, there are many great companies and officers serving the people. Understand, there are new officer's learning the trade, please be compassionate and supportive. We all had to start somewhere. I started delivering newspapers. I recommend Stewart Title.

I've never used Stewart title before and I really am not impressed. Not sure if Megan was the problem is if that's how they conduct business but it was not professional. I was only asking for a quote on escrow and really I guess it wasn't a big sale but Megan said when I called at 10am that she will email me the quote in an hour. 2pm came along and still no word. I called and Megan said she forgot and then they had a long meeting. Megan then promised me she will have it before 5pm when she goes home. 5pm came and nothing 5:30 she sent an email asking a question that she should of have asked at 10 . then 8pm rolled around and I sent an email to Meagan and I got a response she was at dinner with quote. Words were not spelled right. I was done. She left me explaining to people why I don't have the quote. She held things up another day for a quote that could have been done in just a few minutes. I will never refer Megan or Stewart title in Longview washington to anyone and I know a lot of business people who respect me and will avoid problems like this. How inconsiderate of my time and others who were waiting on me.
