Stone Bank has really good people who I can tell care about helping me. I went in to open a savings account, and they not only walked me through that but also suggested a few other options I hadn’t even thought about. Is this branch closed permanently? Came by on Monday June 6th at 11:08 am and the place was closed. No signs indicating why it isn't staffed. If it's closed permanently, Google needs to be updated.

For folks living or working west of I-430, the only branch option is on Taylor Loop (which has an awesome staff!) or the headquarters (which has a rather intimidating curb vibe). I now have to drive 30 minutes round trip out of my way to make a cash deposit.

Did not feel welcome at the Bank OZK Chenal Pwky branch and found the employees to not be helpful. I asked a teller if she could help me add someone to my bank account. She turned me away and said they were “too busy” and that I should come back in an hour. I was the only customer in the bank. I’ve only had positive experiences in the past with Bank of the Ozarks but was disappointed with how they treat their customers here.
