I have recently had two houses kitchen counters replaced with quartz from stone system. The experience was awesome both times!!! Tracey the sales rep helped make decisions on how to arrange the sink and pick a good product. The second install, Gabriel the installer was so efficient and talented, when we needed something tweaked for the sink. It saved my husband a lot of time and aggravation . He did everything perfectly! However the laser measurements were wrong and we needed to call stone systems back out to see the problem. Today they came and replaced the counter. It looks great! I highly recommend stone systems. If I have another job I will definitely be using them again

Install communicated one time by phone and a different time by text. Below is what are installers left. See the 1/2 inch gap that’s three feet long. Prior countertops were flush. The backsplash was measured to be the same height as the prior. Installers also left the dishwasher uneven. Find another contractor.

Edit, customer service agent called me back and was short and angry with me because I’m not satisfied. Wow!

Stone Systems did our granite countertop install after we purchased from Home Depot. Our installer, Gabriel, did an incredible job! The results were amazing. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the install was done properly. My husband and I installed our own cabinets and had some imperfections we weren't aware of. Gabriel was able to work with us by fabricating our cabinets in a couple places to get the sink and cabinets installed perfectly. We are in love with the results!

Ordered a quartz countertop from Lowes, had Stone Systems install on 6-18-24. My customer called me on 6-19-25, one year and one day from the install, stating that they are seeing the seam and may need repair. I called and left a message with Stone Systems that day, have not received a call back. I followed up with Lowes the following week, had still not heard back.

I called today, 7-3-25, following up on my phone call from 6-19-25. Stone Systems said that they could not help me, as it was outside of the 1-year warranty. Even though I originally called one year and one day past the warranty...no help.

Kitchen Transformation - Purchased through Home Depot. We just had an amazing experience working with Stone Systems Salesperson Rachel. Her experience, professionalism, and thoughtful ideas got us over the finish line with our unique project. We were impressed at every step in the process and actually got our install much sooner than expected.

We recently had new counter tops installed with Stone Systems and the whole process was very quick and easy! From the selection process to the install of the counter tops there were no issues and all of the employees were very friendly. I want to thank Nate our measure tech for being so accommodating on times and being thorough to make sure the counter tops were correct. The installers were awesome ! They did fast but careful work and it turned out beautiful. They made sure to verify what we specifically wanted while at the install before doing anything. I would recommend Stone Systems for anyone looking for a customer focused company. Thank you!

Stone Systems was who I got after working with The Home Depot on a "quick" island remodel. I wasn't looking for anything fancy and thought I would try Home Depot. After getting assigned the countertop company and having already installed the cabinets, I could not have been more disappointed. The people you deal with on the phones are often very rude and do not care about your time; every now and then, you would get someone that is nice but not very often. The scheduling is TERRIBLE to work with; they said to call them after the cabinets are ready, and it would be about a week to get out to do the measurement; it took THREE WEEKS to get someone to come out. When you schedule that day, you are also expected to be there all day to wait for them; the day prior, they will give you a 6-hour window and arrive at the end of it, making you burn a whole PTO work day, absolutely terrible. The gentleman that did the measurements was polite, but the company is not. I am now waiting for the countertops to be made in Texas and then shipped all the way up to Minnesota to finally be installed. I have spent way too much time on hold with this company to get poor communication and no questions answered. I would HIGHLY recommend you avoid this company!
