I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Stratton Property Management. Tracy Hixson is who I deal with and she is professional, responsive and truly cares about her clients (owners). Owners that are being managed by Stratton have nothing to worry about. Their properties are some of the nicest kept properties and Tracy and her team make sure to turn the properties around quickly to get them back on the market and get them rented. They have been fantastic. They have vendors for every maintenance issue that has come up. They have a great rehab team to get vacant properties rent ready. They work hard to find and vet new tenants, run point with the HOAs, and basically do all the heavy lifting so I don't have to. I'd highly recommend them.
