Justin and his team have been great from the get go! They took over an apartment complex of mine that was being poorly run and was costing me thousands of dollars every month. I was looking for someone who could come in, and treat it like their own and that is exactly what has been done. They had the property turned around in 90 days and moving efficiently in the right direction. They are responsive to all your questions or concerns, their in-house vendors and team are fast and detailed making the turnover timeline lower than most. They are on all necessary repairs in a timely manner keeping tenants happy with the service offered. I have 3 apartments in Alabama and this property management company I have worked with exceeds the others ten-fold. Thanks Toomey and Crew! More business to come!

Our storage company changed property management. We were doing direct withdrawal to pay for the storage unit. They stopped using the payment app. We received a call to let us know we missed a payment, verify our email, and said an email would come to help us make a payment. The email came, but there was no info for payment. Went to the storage office, and they said check or money order for the new management co, these workers were no longer managing. They gave us info to call new management Co. No one answered on a Thursday, left a detailed message twice, and they have not returned the call. We went to the bank to a money order to pay. While trying to pay, we received a nasty email saying our units were being locked, and it was illegal for us to access our units, and if payment isn't made, they will sell our stuff. I think we need to move storage facilities. We have been there since 2007ish and always paid out rent. They changed to rules and haven't given us time to catch up!
