I used swanson insurance to get my auto insurance policy for this last year. Tara Henderson was my agent and she was fantastic. It's so difficult now to get insurance ASAP since they started requiring a month of underwriting, but Tara found me a very reasonably priced auto policy that insured me the same day.

Anytime I had questions Tara was available, or she called me back the same day. Awesome customer service! My friends recommended them to me, and I will recommend them myself now as well!

I was with Swanson for probably 20 years and things were great when some of the oldies were there, like Z. It's not so good now. I used Yelp and phone for almost 3 weeks to try to request an insurance review and got nothing. I would call back and it would be, "we're so busy, so and so is out, you're on the list". But they saved me money as I did find another agent who got me a policy for nearly $300 less a year!

He not only saved us over $100 a month, he saw that our classic car wasn't insured correctly through State Farm. He insured it as a classic car (which is what we were told by above ins company it was insured as), and gave us more coverage on our other 2 cars and renters ins. People are not on time, they do not care about their customer I have been with them for 6 years, and been paying a lot of money, but they did not treat me well. Also, they were disrespectful, and they lie to me I found out that they cancel my insurance without me knowing even though I paid for the insurance. They did not even notify me that my insurance has been cancel. Very unhappy with this agancy.
