If you want a nice, local lender who will work with you every step of the way then Synergy one lending is the perfect place. I am a 22 year old who never thought I could get my own house anytime soon but synergy one lending made it all happen. I had previous lenders who did not meet the standard but Daniel Trevino exceeding all expectations. He was super energetic and had a determined attitude that made me feel at ease knowing it was all handled. I would definitely recommend this lender, especially for first time home buyers
