Take Charge America graciously assisted me when I was in need. Mrs. Colleen who has been working at TCA for 19 years ethically assisted me in this experience . I could tell she loved her job and loved to help me. She was gentle and communicative towards me. When I had the money for all of my debt, Mrs. Colleen deciminated all the checks to those institutions. Two thumbs up to Mrs. Colleen.

Company attempted a bait and switch. Promising to address creditors who they then said they could not after receiving payment the prior business day. Yup. Took less than 24 hours to take my money then call me and tell me, "Oooops.".

I was told that 1 set of cards could be addressed and the other needed to reach a charge off point in order to address those. Okay cool. I assume you know what is best because that is LITERALLY your JOB! However I was told the original set of cards were past the point of TCA assisting, AKA they were in a charge off state.
So one company allows you, TCA, to address cards that are at charge off but not others? EIther true or full of it ... and the fact that was not disclosed to me instantly tells me I do not want to work with this company or its people.

Either way I told them no thank you and asked for my $50. Was told they will "attempt" to refund my $50. Made them aware they lied and that is bait and switch.

If you cannot provide services you are "selling" your customer then you cannot charge them any amount for services rendered when you do not IN FACT render said services you have sold the customer.

Never used one these services in that past because they were sketchy then. Seems as nothing has changed.

It's sad to say, but I have reached out twice to TCA and they have been amazing getting me back on track with my finances. Always readily there to answer any questions I may have. It has been amazing working with them. I recommend highly!

Take charge America is great! I’m trying to buy a house and they explained to me the best thing to do with my credit. Do not get yourself involved with other debt relief programs. It is best to go straight to take America!

Take charge of America was wonderful. They helped me to pay off my high-interest ctedit cards, and helped me raise my credit score in the process. The program is pretty easy, because they do most of the work for you, and you have piece of mind once they begin the process. Also, It doesn't take years to get your debt paid off, and your credit score improved. Best of all, you save money, time and all of the stress you have paying on multiple credit cards.
When I was done with the program, my credit was so much improved, I was able to purchase a very nice vehicle for the lowest interest rate available at the time.
Take Charge America is the smartest decision to make if you want to improve your credit and get your financial situation on track. They helped me and they will help you!

I have researched several ways to handle my debt and this by far is the best I have seen. I am not applying for a loan, I'm not paying someone else to pay it off. It's as simple as I pay Take Charge America a lump sum a month, their fee is built into that sum, and the rest goes to the creditors. I love this and its a big help.
