It was great for the first 2 times I used it. The minute I signed up they already had my hours and everything, now my hours don't update. They said to reach out to my employer. I did. They are approving my hours and I even took a screenshot. After about a week they seemed to get it figured out and I was able to do another transfer but here we are again. Hours haven't updated for over a week. Constant emails back and forth and I'm waiting trying to get my pay so I can pay rent. I took the job I have because of the option to get paid daily but this is just ridiculous. It's not my employer it's this app and the waiting games and emails back and forth are just too much. I'm stressed and beyond frustrated.

Here we are a few more days later almost got evicted because I was counting on that money to cover rent. I've gotten a hold of the payroll department at my corporate office they've submitted a ticket and yet still no resolution. I don't understand why my hours are not updating in their system when my company is submitting them. I was told they had to escalate it to the engineer team well I'm still waiting and still not able to access my funds I'm beyond frustrated to the point where I'm going to suggest that my company use another app. As I just found out I'm not the only one who is having this issue at my job. When we used daily pay I never had this issue! Useless emails back and forth that are taking time out of my day when all I want is to be able to access my money since the reason I took this job was because they offered the option to access your funds instead of waiting until payday.

Michael did a good job helping me. But i will say when tapcheck works its helps me a lot. But it seems like every week or two i have to message to get my account or hours fixed and im told to contact my employer and my employer always sends them the information and i have to recontact tapcheck. Overall a great service and it helps tremendously just a few kinks

Christian took great care of me. My balance wasn’t updating and I desperately needed it. I had put in request throughout the app with little to no help, then called and spoke to someone who said they’d resync my account in 3 to 4 hours check back, well still nothing so I called again and got Christian and Christian has it fixed in less than 15 minutes! Christian needs a raise! 😂 Christian always helps and makes it happen quickly without the run around.

Every month there is something wrong with my hours updating. Tapcheck stated it was a problem on my employers end. A mass of emails going back and forth to find out that Tapcheck has access to my hours everytime I clock in and out. Tapcheck kept saying that it was the hours my company reported to them. My company has nothing to do with the problems I'm having every month. Here I am again, emailing and now on hold because my hours for February show 0 and hasn't updated since Feb 1. Every time I talk to someone it's always a different answer. No one is on the same page. Frustrating.
