Terrible customer service, it takes days to get someone on the phone. My policy was set up by dio and it was supposed to start July 7 and instead he started it all may 26 and when I told him about it he said underwriting would fix it and it never was fixed. I used them and paid in advance and entire year the year before no issues. Second year when I paid month to month. They never contacted me once by phone or email. They sent mail to my old address which I updated when I did the new policy and it was never updated as well. So I was never contacted by anything but mail sent to the wrong address and when a neighbor brought it to me because I moved a couple doors down. It said I recieved an audit due to late payment which I never was late with proof of payments and the Audi is for 13 thousand dollars! My whole policy was only 3500!!! I feel like this company is a SCAM!!will be during if they don’t drop it all and definitely cancelled instantly when I seen the paperwork. STRAIGHT TRASH! BEWARE!!

Take your business to a local dealer, this company is in cahoots with scammers, they will sell the policy and run. I used target insurance for a business that never got off the ground and was scrapped. Nothing but a name, LLC and insurance policy existed. Paid my small 1k policy and ended the contract. Half a year later I start getting threatening letters from their “auditing company” demanding I pay $13,000+ in fines or they send me personally to collections even though the insurance was with a dead LLC. For weeks now I have been attempting to get in contact with representatives at target to get a copy of my policy with no luck, they must have put me on a to be ignored list. I tried explaining to their third party auditor “zoom professional services” that the company did 0$ and does not exist but they won’t leave me alone. Do your homework on zoom professional services and read the fine print in your contract, most likely your company is signing away a $13,000 fee if you don’t give them clear access to all of your books and personal/financial information.

Horrible service. The agent I dealt with clearly just wanted his commission. They sub out the finances, do not communicate and just want your money. I would highly recommend going somewhere that you’ll deal straight with your assigned agent.
