Tavaris Peele has been the insurance choice for my family for almost a decade.

I feel that insurance is one of those things that is necessary but can be a pain to deal with at times... but not with this team! They utilize text messaging and an app which is super convenient.

I have personally contacted them to insure a new car, file a claim & even to simply ask a question, they have been great to work with in every instance. The team is very professional and responsive which can't be beat when you have a need.

I have been a very happy with Tavaris Peele and his super team of Typhanny and Araceli. For over 10 years they have provided me with a range of services for all stages of my life, from home, rental, and even multi-car policies. However as great as these services you can get them from anyone and many have tried to recruit me away from Tavaris and his team, however I have developed a friendly business relationship with Typhanny and Araceli who are just a pleasure to work with, they are responsive to my questions and concerns and even if I leave a voicemail you can bet I'm getting a call back. I know I'm far from their only customer they make feel like I'm a VIP EVERY time I contact them. In Summary: I'm staying put with this super team and looking forward to another 10 plus years!!!

I am writing in gratitude for the assistance of Typhanny who works in Tavaris Peele's office. Following a car accident (in which the other driver was ticketed), Typhanny was absolutely wonderful, doing her best to move things along as quickly and carefully as possible, and frankly listening to my sadness about losing a 25 year old car to which I had become, in the way of humans, attached. Both Tavaris and Typhanny have continually done an excellent job for me, my husband and in fact our three children, all of whom have insurance with State Farm because of the work done by Tavaris and his staff.
