I’ve definitely dealt with my fair share of property management companies TCT is by far the best one out there. They are quick to respond and quick to send the appropriate maintenance people out. They always pick up the phone unlike other property management companies where I’m constantly having to leave voicemails and never hearing back. It’s one of the very few property management companies that feel like they’re on your side. Jessi is always helpful and always hears me out without immediately jumping to the owners side of things. After living in their rental for 14 years. We moved out sent the keys overnight. Mailman tried to deliver after hours. They would not pick up the keys from the post office. Charged us $400.00 to rekey as if they didn't have a key to the property. They finally picked up the keys after we had the package redelivered. Not so nice people I take back my previous review.

If you want a great rental experience, do NOT rent from these “property managers”; they are professional scam artists at best, who allow their homeowners to leave properties in neglect, and rake in as much money as they can. Top that off with unfriendly staff all-around (including their non-responsive and very unhelpful managing partners), and you’ve got TCT Property Management Services.
