Wonderful Management Company! This is saying allot since I have had very bed experiences with almost every rental home management company out there. TCT West are prompt to reply to emails, calls, work orders and questions. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The home is well maintained and we look forward to staying with them another year. Stacy & Sarah have been a great help ad is wonderful to work with! They are highly recommended.

I had an exceptional experience over the last two years with TCT West Property Management. I work with Stacey and she took care of our house like it was hers. We are new renters with TCT. Our move in experience was smooth and easy. Everything is detailed clearly and any questions were answered speedily. We moved to AZ from Kansas City MO and Stacey helped the process flow and helped us with some of the unique issues of a cross country move. Since moving in, the home needed a few minor repairs and emails are met with replies within an hour and repairs have been set for the next day. I am impressed with the professionalism Stacey has demonstrated and grateful for her assistance. We love the property and there is obvious commitment to keeping well maintained homes for tenants to enjoy.

TCT has made many strides to improve the overall performance since I became a tenant little more then a year ago. Though we bumped heads in the beginning, our relationship has blossomed. They were happy to help in time of need, understanding and sensitive when working with me in a financial crunch. We have renewed our lease for another year, love the property and are happy with TCT West Property Management.

I was debating putting in a review but decided to. The management style of this company is below standard.
I tried renting a property and after some good communication (only reason for 2 stars because she did respond quickly) they wouldn't wait an extra day for me to deliver my deposit. They wanted me to pay them over the phone and pay a an extra fee for doing so. Her reason was because so many applicants are going in for that property that l have no less than 24 hrs to pay. Funny thing is the property is STILL AVAILABLE and has been since March. I drive past it everyday and just chuckle cause its just sitting there not making money. I dont know who owns that property but l wish l could reach out and tell them to switch management companies

We lived in one of their rentals for seven years and the last 6 years were under TCT West Property Services because the owner changed property management companies. While living in the rental, always paying rent two weeks early every month and never late or missed a payment, they were decent in getting things repaired when needed.
We followed all their instructions for moving out. And since I am a senior citizen unable to do the cleaning needed for a move out myself, I hired a cleaning company to clean the house and the carpets. I hired a landscape company to clean up the yard. I also hired a handyman to do the minor repairs needed. Everything on their checklist passed. The property only needed the interior of the house painted because it had flat white paint on the walls that was not washable. After seven years the paint was faded and dirty from normal wear and I still paid for touch up painting. Our refundable deposit was reduced by over $450 for cleaning the house and carpet again and garage floor! That house did not need cleaning and the carpets were very clean before I turned in the keys. I was present at the inspection and they said the house was clean and they saw very little that needed to be tended to. I don't understand why they charged us for having the house cleaned all over again! I even showed the house for them to perspective renters while I was moving out and they had the place rented before I moved out!
So I gave them two stars for deducting charges for things we already had done to their satisfaction. That is not how a good, honest business runs. I think they just wanted to charge us something to offset the painting cost which is the owners responsibility. I am so glad we bought our own house and don't have to deal with property management companies.

We have been renters with this company for 5 years now in two different properties. Everyone has been fantastic. As a Renter, my family, could not have asked for a better company to deal with. They understand life happens to both you as a renter and to the house your in. Every issue we have ever had has been resolved quickly and efficiently. They are highly recommended in my book. They make wanting to leave renting a hard decision because they make it so seamless!
