I have been sitting here for an hour waiting for customer service. The other lady left, there are only two workers. I never have left a review for any company but this is necessary. This bank needs help.

It's in a bit of an annoying location because once you drive out the only exit, legally you can only make a right turn according to the sign. Otherwise. The bank itself it perfectly fine. It's a bank. Haven't experienced any long wait times yet. There is however only one ATM. It probably isn't that busy of a branch

I really liked them. Now, I'm thinking of just cancelling with this bank or never coming to this branch. The atm once again ate my money check and card. This is the third time, second time was at Parlin's branch. Of course all they do is cancel your card and put a dispute, very inconvenient. Your atms shouldn't be breaking or out of order this often. I also had waited for over 20min for someone to issue me a new card, I was told I would be taken care of and in that meantime 4 people who came after me received appropriate care. While, I stood there still waiting I went to go leave and one lady decided that she would end up helping me after all after talking to her coworkers up front.

Very convenient hours and great customer service! We've been with TD Bank since they opened this location and every time we go there, it's been a very good experience. I love that they provide free notary public services even if you are not their customer and the staff is very warm, especially, Jennifer. Every time I see her, I feel like I'm with a close friend.

Requested a deposit account letter. Stated it had to come from the main office while I was there. Called a number of times then went back in to the bank. Have no real clue as to why and or what happened.
I feel the customer service needs to be re-educated on what they can and can’t do.
SO they basically did what I requested in house two weeks prior.

Switched back to td thinking it was the same customer service as years ago when I had accounts with them, boy was I wrong to think that! Especially at the Ryders lane branch in east brunswick . First of all their atm machine in the driver thru ate my debt card late last night on my way to work and couldn’t get gas (and currently still can’t and it’s 10am the next day)….. so I get out of work at 755am stick around in my car till 9am when they open…. Finally open- go in and go thru a millions questions to get a replacement atm card and the guy goes sorry I can’t verify ur phone number. I was like whstttt u have my license in ur hand? And tells me to go sit down and wait for the manager whose back faces the entire branch and she’s staring out the window sipping coffee just on the phone with no end in near….. so I got up n walked out. Think I’ll be going back to Wells Fargo

I opened a heloc loan in this branch w the manager - my payoffs were never done , I stopped by to talk to someone about it and they said check back in another week or so .. this was 2 months ago . Don’t bother paying them off now - you can keep your money at 10%

The tellers are pretty nice but the current manager is horrible. I’m used to the courtesy this bank used to offer. The current manager now closes the drive thru 10 minutes early. All the great tellers leave because he’s such a nightmare. I do minimal banking here now.
