this place is ok there can be other places that have more things to do here but there are only a few restaurants and a few other things. not too many other things nearby. the only saving grace is that it has spicity in its vicinity

Last minute notice of no running water for potentially several days. Had to move vehicle and walk back to apartment in dangerous condition (snow, ice, hills, black ice).

Alternative parking suggestions are limited and can not accommodate parking during maintenance (tow risk).

No guarantees was found on document that your vehicle won't be towed during maintenance.
