I can whole heartedly rate Techway Automotive a 10/10. I took my truck in August 1st, because of a terrible oil leak. I received a call within hours to inform me of the diagnostics. August 6th I was called informing me my truck was ready for pick up. I have no doubt that if the weekend wasn’t approaching I would’ve had it before then. I love the communication, professionalism staff, and pace I received. Thanks Mr Daniel for keeping me informed and answering my calls.

We were on our way through from Illinois to Florida and had our water pump give up the ghost. Not normally a big deal to get replaced, but on a 32 year old motor home, apparently a very big deal, as five other shops refused to work on it. Techway was right on top of it, and also noticed the brakes weren't up to snuff when they pulled it in. A month ago we had another shop back home look at the brakes and they said they bled them and we needed to drive to break them in. Within seconds of looking under the hood, Techway saw the master cylinder was leaking, and had run the system almost dry. Top shelf all the way! I really hope I never find myself in southern Alabama needing mechanical work again, but if I do I won't hesitate to give Techway a call!

On our trip from Florida, avoiding Hurricane Milton, my oil change notice came on. We travel in a 37ft class A motor home and was referred to Techway. Techway was able to service the coach the next morning. I was totally impressed with the professional service I received from walking in the facility until I left. Anyone on the road and needs service this is the place to go.

I have been going to Techway Automotive now for almost a year. The service is great as well as the techs behind the counter. I have been working with Dustin and he is awesome and very knowledgeable about all things with your repair. So far they have been honest and caring about my vehicle and needs. I call and they make it happen. If for some reason they cannot make it happen then they always keep me going by giving me a loaner to drive. Awesome service. Thanks again for taking good care of my Range Rover. Because if yous guys could not do it I would have to take it to Atlanta or Mobile. Thanks for the service and great work.

Work is always reliable and competent. They even gave me a ride home. Complaint is the mailer coupons don’t count. Price is marked up at the end to account for the “discount”.

Great shop. There really isn’t anything these guys can’t fix. Their shop rate as of this date-$150/hour (as a Chrysler-GM dealer, our rate was $95/hour in 2008)
The service advisors are creditable, and dependable. The techs are educated and their work is very good.
