I was introduced to Tenant Planet Property Management Solutions through a friend who uses the same services for their property. Being on a time crunch to rent my place out, not knowing where to start, having asked around by word-of-mouth, and unable to know where to draw clients from, I was beginning to get worried.

I decided to use Tenant Planet because as my friend said, “a peaceful life is a good life”. They take care of identifying and sifting out good renters, preparing lease agreements, and take care of the tenant concerns. They also manage the move out process as well. Oh, I get a financial statement packet for end of the year filing from them also.

I was paired with Jessica Kesler. Being a noob and not knowing where to begin, Jessica basically held my hand from the beginning to the end of the process of looking for tenants with an only a few weeks to spare. She did it! She was patient, thorough, and experienced in knowing what to look out for and what to expect from the process. Jessica was reassuring and her confidence made me feel more at ease. I highly recommend Jessica, who also manages my friends property as well. She has a confident, get-it-done attitude which I appreciated so much from a property manager.

I like that Tenant Planet has a “small business” feel to them and has a very personable relationship with homeowners looking to rent their place out. I hope this personable attitude is a vision and mission Tenant Planet will always have. Thank you!
