I strongly advise against trusting this company with your property or your money. Property management is meant to simplify the lives of both owners and tenants, but this company achieves the exact opposite. Their lack of professionalism is staggering, and they are clearly understaffed--good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or address tenant issues in a timely manner. It's beyond frustrating dealing with a company that seems indifferent to providing even the most basic level of service.

Awefule company! Tenant Planet is the worst property management company I've had to deal with so far. I've been living in an apartment which is managed by this substandard organization for over 9 months and still don't have my parking tag. Should I even mention that I got the laundry keys last month? This shabby company from the real estat agent, Mauricio Aparicio, to the management team with Menahil Javed and Maham DOES NOT CARE about the renters once the contract is signed. Stay away from this lousy and subprofessional company.

My wife and I loved working with Tenant Planet. Alicia Lindquist was timely, clear, and knowledgeable about the property we wanted to rent and helped us seal the deal in crunch time. The back office that handles repairs is also super well-organized. So much better than working with untrained individuals who may not really know the ropes. We'd do it again in a second!

Good property management company’s are hard to come by, so we were lucky when we got connected with Tenant Planet. They were very responsive and made my husband and I feel at ease which is what you want when you put your investment in someone else’s hands to manage. Alaina Lindquist, our leasing agent, made the process seamless and found a great placement. Her communication skills and ability to make this process easy was why we decided to use tenant planets service.

Tenant Planet, Alaina and Miguel all worked incredibly well together as a team. Tenant Plant and staff worked 24/7 to sell our place. They worked in our best interest and got us the best deal. Tenant Planet was also our management company for over a year and we are extremely happy with how they handled everything. They are incredibly professional on every turn. When we decided to sell the place, Tenant Planet and their staff worked tirelessly to get us over the finish line. They even paid for last minute bills for
the tenants out of their own funds and reduced their commission to make both parties happy. We are truly grateful we found them. Prior to finding them, we had some horrible experience in San Diego with other property management companies. Tenant Plant and their staff are class act and they had brought back our faith in human decency. Thank you Tenant Planet, Alaina and Miguel for a wonderful experience.

I have worked with several Property Managers and Tenant Planet are great in comparison. Their business model is very interesting. it is geared towards good, long term tenants, which is ideal for most landlords and tenants. Would definitely recommend Tenant Planet as a property manager to my friends and family.
