If you are planning to rent here I would not recommend at all. Maintenance is terrible, since moving in the dishwasher leaked and didn't work they never replaced even when new management came in. AC unit broke in May of 2024 and never got fixed, had to suffer through the heat wave and at they supposedly fixed but only work for two days. Their solution was to give one window ac unit for the whole apartment. Try to get the renewal lease to terminate the lease and never got it till it was too late and they increased the rent by 145 dollars. Try to leave and they said a 60 day notice was necessary
and if not we were responsible for the rent, even though the apartment was in horrible condition. So, they wanted 1420 for a two bedroom apartment were the air conditioner was not working, the dishwasher leaked, and on top of it started charging a washer and dryer renting fee which was ridiculous because we had brought our own. So they were charging people for things they had no record of. When we finally moved out they never gave us our deposit back of 1275. Even though by law they are required to give a final letter of what our deposit went to but we never did. Its been more than three months and we still haven’t heard from them. Every time we try talking to them they told us that they were waiting on management. So if I could give this place no stars I would, please don’t waste your time, money and patience because it’s not worth it especially if they are trying to give you apartment D-3.

I've been stay at Terrace View Apartments for a while and we haven't had a consistent Property Manger or Maintenance Man. But then Tammy and George came along. I love them both! Tammy is an amazing property Manger. She cares about her tenants and the property. She always is there to answer a question or a call! George is wonderful! He gets your maintenance problems solved in a timely manner and if something happens to come up he always communicate and let you know what is going on. I need for Tammy and George to stay and don't leave us 😊😊😊. I appreciate everything you guys do!

The ABSOLUTE best apartment complex ever in VA! I lived at TVA back in Sept 2019 but unfortunately moved when the pandemic occurred to take care of a relative but now that I have the opportunity to move back to TVA, I am so thrilled! Property Manager Tammy Powell is a jewel with an outstanding level of customer service, communication skills, professionalism and patience! She has given me a great deal comfort and relief during the process of moving back!

Do NOT move here.! This place is quick to approve you and will also be quick to find reasons to end your lease or not renew the lease. The lady in the office name is Alfie and is beyond mosey and harasses tenants for no reason. She’s at the rent office 24/hrs a day 7 days a week just to stalk tenants and make up assumptions. Yet the apartments have termites and mold but they’re not worried about that because the lady in the office is to busy trying to sell tenants eyelashes and hair weave. This property is so uncomfortable to live at and not worth the money. Do NOT move here. If u give a 30 day notice to move out she will try to find a reason to evict u so it’ll mess up your credit and she doesn’t allow tenants to pay to break the lease so it also messes up your credit. This place is a scam and joke.!

If I can give -0 stars I absolutely would!!! They are pure scammers ! Submitted an application for them and have yet to hear nothing back.. drove all the way to the community and no one is there I’ve called multiple times and still nothing I just want my hold fee back you can keep the place $250 is crazy !!

If incould give the new managment and matinance staff a score of 0 star i would. Do not move here. They will make you pay a security deposit then charge you while you live there for any matinance issues. Thank god im under the old lease agreement but i will not be signing a new one in december when the new lease is due. The staff is only around 2 days per week and will try to sneak in charges for things per month that you dont even have like a rental washer and dryer (i own my washer and dryer and they tried to charge me for rentong one one month out of the blue and i had to argue with the manager and bring my warantee and recipt.of purchase before they would take the fee off and stop insisting that MY PROPERTY belonged to them.) Not tonmentuon if you live upstairs and spill a simple glass of water on the floor that it will leak into your down stair neighbors apartment. There are lose insulation electrical hvac and a laundry list ofbotyet problems. This place is absolute getto trash. Dont waste your money.

The worst apartments around nothing works in the apartment been working on my apartments for three weeks and still haven’t finished they still have ladders and tools everywhere in my apartment it’s dust and dirt everywhere and they want me to stay in there while they cut holes in my walls… called to the office the lady cursed me out said it was my fault then blocked my number the worst apartment you can stay in they are not professional at all
