This company is a scam. Full of people that get you in bad investments and then leave you hanging dry when things go south. Don't belive their sales pitch. They had me invest into a trailer home with the company MTTX. This company was a bigger scam than TFS. There reviews you see on their company profile were employees of their company. Salesian In a older review was my agent that convinced me to make a bad investment. He is pretending to be a customer which is a lie. Please see photo of proof. After I called TFS once i found out they put me in a bad investment they don't respond to emails and pick up my phone calls. A rude gentleman named Bob even told me this is not our problem anymore stop calling. Once they get their money they will not help you at all anymore. Don't invest with TFS.

They promised me 10% returns. More like 1%. Not even enough to cover taxes for the year

I attended a TFS Properties seminar in early 2019 at suggestion by a friend because I was contemplating on selling an investment property and executing a 1031 exchange. I met Edward and Michael there and over the next nine months, they presented me with investment opportunities and we would discuss options for a 1031 exchange. In December 2019/January 2020, I utilized TFS Properties to sell an investment property. Both Edward and Michael made sure to keep me informed at every step of the way, took care of all details of the sales transaction and worked with buyer's agent to close the sale in a smooth and timely manner (sale closed end of February 2020). Michael then oversaw my 1031 exchange. He was ready with information to help me make decisions and he guided me through the process to meet all deadlines. My 1031 exchange was completed by end of July 2020 and well ahead of deadline. After the completion of the 1031 exchange, Edward and Michael continue to check in to see if I have any questions or concern relating to the exchanged investment properties. I am impressed with TFS Properties' level of expertise and professionalism. Both Edward and Michael are very personable and go above and beyond to assist their client investors. I am currently working with them again on my next sale and 1031 exchange.

Wow! if you are new to real estate investment and looking to start building your portfolio, please come see the team at TFS. I was nervous to start this journey, with so many questions and couldn't find a source for guidance...that is until i met TFS team. They took the time and effort in making sure i was comfortable with the investment property. Personally, it was a learning experience, a bit stressful...but the team got me through it. Overall, it was a great experience and i would highly recommend.
