My husband and I just bought a new condo, we needed some renovations and remodeling done. We found Better Choice and absolutely loved our experience with them. They came to look over what needed to be done and gave us an estimate and really understood what we wanted! They were so nice and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted every step of the way. After all the remodeling and renovations were done, our condo looks BEAUTIFUL, it looks like a brand new place! If you are considering Better Choice, I would highly recommend! They are amazing!

We had an excellent experience using Better Choice Homes to build our custom home with. They made the whole experience both enjoyable and as stress free as can be when building a home! Their use of the software Buildertrend made it possible to track what was going on at every point and we thoroughly appreciated that. The whole team were fantastic and we couldn't be happier with our forever home!

This is an amazing property management and real estate company. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market. From the beginning they were extremely helpful and really catered to our needs in regards to what we were looking for with our home. They are very punctual, honest and have great integrity. We had one small problem with an appliance and they were out to replace it immediately and were very friendly and respectful while they were in our home.
After renting from 2 other rental companies we did not have high hopes for what we were going to be getting into with another rental company, everyone at Better Choice Homes gave us a new outlook on the renting experience. Huge thank you to Brad, Jessica, Nick and the rest of the team at BCH!
Highly recommend this company to anyone renting, buying, investing, or listing property! They will take great care of you!

I’ve been a resident for over a year. Over that time I’ve notice great improvements made by the property management team and especially with maintenance. Communication used to be somewhat difficult but that’s now a non-issue. Tyler, the head of maintenance is excellent with keeping communication open, with empathy and understanding, and made sure our concern was addressed swiftly. Lee in the managers office has always been great with responding to me quickly as well. I do greatly appreciate the strides this company has made to ensure the residents are heard and taken care of.

We loved using Better Choice Homes when our kitchen flooded. Brad saw my vision and made it happen. I was honestly shocked I was able to get all I wanted for a good price range. Brendan Gilbert was our project manager and did a great job handling all the moving pieces. My only criticism doesn't come with their company but some of the subs they used on our project were horrible and a few major things went wrong delaying the process,but thru it all Brendan got it fixed. I would 100 use them again in the future for any remodeling projects.

Better Choice Homes has been great to work with as we've made the transition from renting to owning a home. We've never bought a home before and so there was a lot my wife and I weren't sure about. Just saw the amazing pics of a recent remodel Better Choice Homes did. I am blown away by the vision and outstanding work.
