I was not happy with the service. After my application for insurance was denied, customer service went to hell. I was unable to speak with anyone regarding my refund and I was unable to get answers to the questions I had regarding their fees that they took from my refund. None of this was explained nor could I get a call back from the messages I left. Only communication was via emails with links. Those emails or links could not answer my questions. My complaint is not about being unable to get insurance through this company but the unprofessionalism regarding what happened after the app denial. I was referred to them by an agent from Allstate - Allstate should not refer folks as it looks bad on them as well. I would not recommend this agency and plan to file with the BBB.

Swapped to Allstate with a new home purchase. Rates were great and, full transparency, I’ve been friends with Lance for 30 years. Before I moved in, we had a fire during remodel. Lance responded immediately. The adjuster was there the next day and paid the claim on the spot. Literally, walked the damage and sent the money to my debit card in real time. Blown away.
