The brake pad replacement service with rotor resurface and oil change for my Toyota Camry were excellent! The technicians were professional, efficient, and thorough. I went here based off their 4.5 star review and open on Saturdays. After my week long experience that should've been a day or two, I have to warn you to completely avoid this place. He has low prices and high promises, but you will get what you pay for...low quality (possible damages to your vehicle), delays, poor communication and no follow-through. Day 1 (Saturday), I came for diagnostics, had to return because his tech left his diagnostic tool plugged into my vehicle (just one of the examples of poor attention to detail). I should've avoided this place just from that. But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they have a "4.5 star" rating (bogus imo). After work was done, I leave the shop and get 2.5 miles away and my drive belt starts to shred (see photo) and as I return to the shop, it actually falls off, my power steering fails, alternator stops charging and starts draining my battery. Awesome, right? Accident waiting to happen. Ends up, the tech installed the drive/serpentine belt incorrectly (poor attention to detail again). Finally got my vehicle back Friday. The a/c compressor (which they replaced) makes this weird sound that increases in sound when accelerating. There’s no way I’d bring my car back there to figure out this new sound from a likely faulty part they installed. I've seen reviewers here say they think many of these 5 star reviews are fake. I'm beginning to think there may be something to it. There's just no way. Maybe for a simple oil change or to put air in your tires.

Had my power steering pump go out on my Mustang and car guys came in clutch to fix it that same hour I brought it in and the guys took care of me. I had stuff to do that day and I’m Glad they were there and did a good job for a good and reasonable price.
