I requested an insurance quote 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for one! They aren't returning my calls at all or emails or texts. I'm a pretty healthy person so I don't know why they're avoiding me. If they can't insure me just say so. It's just very odd. I've talked to 2 different people there and both of them are avoiding me.

I have been a loyal customer for years, I paid on time everytime, they got their money. They are on top of new sign ups, but employees that are no longer here or passed away is not their priority, that's all the responsibility they have is to sign new people up, everything else is on you, all they care about is taking payment and do NOT have any type of customer service. I had a supplemental GAP insurance that I had been paying for years, I asked how to file my first claim and all I got was an email saying you should have gotten a login and welcome email... that I did not receive.. I called and emailed Loomis GAP insurance for months with no reply, I initially complained to Brittany and Mike Gegan and said they'll look into it, after a few months they told me .. They, themselves cannot get a hold of ANYBODY from this supposed GAP insurance company, they have no idea if they even exist and I'm paying for this the WHOLE time, all I know is I've been paying the bill without question, their solution is to pay the claim and switch me over to another GAP insurance November, fast forward to April, I got a ACH payment which I did not approve from a new gap insurance for 5k$ from past 5 months of invoices from December 2024 that I was somehow signed up on a NEW GAP insurance called 90 degrees, they never gave me a bill, an invoice or how much it was going to cost per month/week etc, no communication, and I am still stuck with my original claim payment with another gap insurance bill on top of that. This whole mess would've been prevented with a professional communication or on site visit, rather than back and forth email, and seemed to be an inconvenience to them. I will be switching insurance agency/agent today.
